Refund Policy

Free trial

Every paid plan starts with a 7-day free trial. Cancel any time during the trial and you won't be charged. Nothing to refund.

Monthly subscriptions

Monthly subscriptions are billed in advance. If you cancel, your access continues until the end of the period you've paid for, then drops to the FREE tier. We don't pro-rate cancellations — but we also don't charge you for the next period once cancellation is in.

If you were charged in error (duplicate charge, wrong tier), email billing@hak-browser.example within 30 days and we'll refund it.

Lifetime licenses

Lifetime licenses are refundable within 7 days of purchase, no questions asked. After that window the purchase is final — but you keep the license forever, including all future updates.

How to request

Email billing@hak-browser.example with your account email and the order number from your Paddle receipt. We turn refunds around in 1–2 business days; the bank may take another 5–10 days to post the credit.
