Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-04-29.
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of hak-browser (the "Service"). By creating an account or installing the desktop client, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
hak-browser is an anti-detect browser. It modifies the fingerprint your browser presents to websites. Its purpose is privacy, multi-accounting in compliance with site terms, and legitimate web automation. We do not condone or support fraud, ad-fraud, account takeover, or any unlawful activity.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter contracts. You must not be a sanctioned person or located in a jurisdiction prohibited by applicable export control laws.
3. Subscription
Subscriptions renew monthly until cancelled. You can cancel at any time via the billing portal; access continues until the end of the paid period. Lifetime licenses are one-time purchases and non-refundable past 7 days.
4. Acceptable use
You may not use the Service to:
- Violate applicable laws (CSAM, fraud, sanctioned-party transactions, etc.).
- Run credential-stuffing, account-takeover, or DDoS attacks.
- Resell or sublicense the Service to third parties without written agreement.
- Reverse-engineer or tamper with the engine signature verification.
We may suspend accounts that violate this section. We will not refund the unused portion of a subscription terminated for cause.
5. Disclaimer
The Service is provided "as is". We make no guarantee that any specific website will be unable to detect a hak-browser profile. Detection is an arms race; we ship engine updates as fast as we can but cannot promise success against any individual target.
6. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for lost profits, lost data, or consequential damages.
